Why does my payment to PayPal show Best4Choice UK ?
This is normal, as Sweet Bambino is a member of the Best4Choice UK Online Stores and all payments are handled through that.

Do you accept cheques or Bank transfers ?
No, we only accept payments through PayPal. Please note that you can also use your credit card by selecting Paypal checkout where you will find the option to pay by credit card. For this type of payment, you do not need a PayPal account

Can I return an item if I do not like it ?
We offer a 14 days return policy if the item is not the same as described on our site or was damaged during shipping. If you are not happy with the item you bought, then you need to notify us within 7 days and arrange for the item to be posted back to us for a refund. Please read our "Shipping and Returns" policy.

How quick can I expect to receive my goods ?
Most of our products are made to order and depending on the Brand you select, then delivery can vary from 1 to 3 weeks. "My Sweet Baby","Bobono" and "Waldin" products are all sent directly from our suppliers. International deliveries will vary on destination and the local mailing system as we have no control over that.

How do I return a damaged or unwanted items ?
If you have bought one of our products and it was damaged in shipping or you changed your mind withing the acceptable return period, then please contact us either by email or call our sales team to obtan a RAN (Return Authorisation Number). Please do not send anything in the post before receiving your RAN.

I have sent an enquiry/placed an order but have not received any response
With some mail systems, messages sent from online stores can end up in your Spam or Junk folder. Please check there first and if you do find mail from us then flag it as not spam/junk to prevent future mails being placed there.
